The company has obtained this prestigious certification, after being assessed by an independent consultancy firm, which recognises Naeco as a company capable of attracting and retaining talent

Naeco has recently obtained the "Great Place To Work" certification, awarded by the consultancy firm GPTW, which recognises the company as a good place to work.

Naeco is fully aware that its most important asset is its team. For this reason, the company works continuously to create initiatives that facilitate and improve the quality of life of its employees. "Our corporate responsibility goes beyond just creating "a place to work". We want to change the obsolete model of "working hard" for a much more efficient one, "working happily", says Antón Fernández, CEO of Naeco.
